ADSiS Executive Committee

As a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, an Executive Committee oversees ADSiS.

Members of the Committee act in a voluntary capacity but do receive out of pocket expenses to attend our meetings.

Our Executive Committee has the following roles and responsibilities:

• To formulate and regularly review the strategic aims of the organisation.
• To ensure that the policies and practices of the organisation are in keeping with its aims.
• To ensure that the organisation functions within the legal and financial requirements of a charitable organisation and strives to achieve best practice.
• To promote the objectives of the organisation.
  
  
  Current members of our Executive Committee have a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, but we are always keen to expand the skills mix.  We are particularly keen to recruit Executive Committee Members from the Private Sector.
  
  Our full Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis, with active sub committees in place to address more detailed issues.
