ADSiS is headed up by a Chief Executive Officer, who like all our staff and volunteers is accountable to the Executive Committee.


The organisation has two operational arms which are overseen by a Quality and Performance Manager:

• Stoke and Adult Criminal Justice Services
• Countywide Adult Services

Internally we have the following support departments:

• Finance and Contracts
• Workplace Policies
• Administration
• IT
• Training
